bios settings

In going through Ron's bios settings, I have a few ??
hope somone can help
-AGP settings if not using AGP?
-Both my HD and DVD are SATA, disable both IDE channels?
-IDE prefetch if no IDE, enable or disable?
-IDE transfer access, enable or?
-I am using a logitech laser KB and mouse, the receiver plugs into USB, does this have anything to do with Infra Red function?
