I cannot load WD data lifeguard dos cd

I have downloaded the .iso file form Western Digital and burned it to a cd using roxio. I have my bios set to boot the cd-rom first. when i boot the cd i get a blank screen for a minute and then get a message saying "cannot find the licence agreement!!!" Any ideas on whats going wrong???

Can you link to the WD page that has the iso file, as well as the tool that you are using.

Also please list what WD hard drive you have, because I believe the programs are coded to specific drives.

Without any other knowledge the only thing I could suggest is that you either grabbed the wrong file, or you did not convert the iso file to something a cd drive could read. That being said it does not sound like you do not know what you are doing, at least in terms of iso to cd burning.
