Hi

I just completed buiding my Syper PC..and it's a hummer..works great but instead of using the integrated soundsystem (AC97 or HD) of my Asus M2N32 SLI Mobo, I chose to install a Soundblaster Live 5.1 card from a previous build. It works great as well and the sound is fantastic but it disables the Microphone and Headset functions on the Front Panel of the Antec case. I experimented with several software adjustments but no luck. Then I thought about switching the front audio panel motherbard connector to somewhere on the sound card but I dont see where it could plug in ( not much info on the soundcard manual ). What I can do is plug the microphone into the sound card in back and splicing into the speaker harness ( with converter plugs ) so I can get sound from the headphones, but is there a way to use the front panel with a seperate sound card like that?

Great Forum here, super info..maybe someone can help

Thx
