What's a cheap, quality mobo for the C2D e8400 wolfdale?

I'm trading in my Athlon x2 6000. I would like to buy the Core 2 Duo E8400. Of course, I need a LGA 775 motherboard. I would like one that will accomodate my DDR2 800 RAM--at least until I can afford to buy decent 1066 RAM (my plan is to sell my AMD mobo and CPU to a friend, then buy the RAM with the $).

2 GB Patriot DDR2 800 PSD21G8002

Also, if you want to comment on my choice of CPU, please do so.

I went with this board because I am using PC-8500 1066MHz RAM. If you are going with 800MHz RAM than you can use a less expensive board. The search link below is for some options at newegg. This is limited to boards from Asus, Gigabyte, MSI and Intel, which are all considered reputable (someone say so if I am wrong).

You need a FSB of 1066MHz, and a memory standard of at least DDR2 800, but 1066 would work as well. The GIGABYTE GA-73VM-S2 LGA 775 seems to have good reviews for $58, but you can see that there are some lower priced options. They range form $38 to $289. I don't generally buy anything unless it has a number of reviews and those are generally 4 or 5.

That's the limit of what I know, and maybe then some.
