I'm a complete noob when it gets to upgrading, but from the recommendations given here, I say your processor should be changed to the e8400 (40 bucks more, but better I heard). The 8800 gt is cheaper than the gts, and ain't too far back. You should consider that. My noobiness limits me to these comments only.

I went with a Corsair 520HX and I kept the Earthwatts as a backup, so I can't say I ever had trouble with it.
