One of the suggestions will be to change the PSU to a Corsair HX520W.

What kind of OS are you running? If it is a 32-bit OS the 4GB of RAM won't be useful. Only a 64-bit system can handle that much RAM.

Also, you don't HAVE to have the arctic silver unless you just want to improve upon the pre-applied thermal compound a little. If you don't OC, I wouldn't change it.

Not to try to give you any advice, because I am new at this. But I thought I could at least offer some savings if you had not already purchased your stuff.

If you are not signed up for the newegg newsletter they are running a promotional sale on that same exact GPU for only 284.99. The promotional code is: EMCABCKAG
and here is the link to the promotional page:
http://promotions.newegg.com/NEemail/Jan-0-2008/Promo012908in/index-landing.html?nm_mc=EMC-IGNEFL012808&cm_mmc=EMC-IGNEFL012808-_-email-_-top-_-Moredeals

Also as jason said above I believe that four gigs is usless unless you are running a 64 bit OS. That being said here is the RAM I believe Jamie would recommend if you were still going for four gigs:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145184

There is also a Western Digital HDD OEM for 159.99 with the same specs I think.

You can also find the PSU that Jason, and Jamie would probably recommend at buy.com for 89.99 I believe:

http://www.buy.com/prod/corsair-520w-sli-certified-modular-atx-power-supply/q/loc/101/203270716.html

Most of these are limited sales that end the end of this month, just so you are aware. Hope this was useful at least a little.
