I am about to start ordering parts and Jamie suggested that I buy an 8800GT instead of a GTS. My question is of the three I am about to post which is the best.
I was reading the articles about the new GT's and how they are better than the GTS, but I still do not know which of the one I am looking at is best, just in general, but also most cost efficient. These are the two choices the only difference is one seems to be factory overclocked and the other not.

If the only difference is the overclocking, is that something that could be done by someone who has never done it before safely, or should I just spend the extra $20 on the factory version?
OR
what about this GTS which seems to have the same specs but somewhat better and considerably more expensive.
