Are XFX & eVGA "sister related" companies ? I'm planning to try my
luck with an XFX 680i LT on upcoming build. I've downloaded
manuals from both places on like boards & it looks like both boards
and manuals are carbon copies of each other; truth or BS ?
I've done a lot of research & reading here on the net & from what i
can gather so far eVGA has the best customer & tech support
hands down over 99% of the competition; again, truth or BS ?
I want to spend my hard-earned bucks efficiently & I'm not willing
to support a company that won't support its products
& their customers.
Any comments & replies will be helpful & appreciated.

You should be looking at a P35 chipset board.

As for your question RE XFX and EVGA, its highly likely the boards are virtually identical and that they have been licenced by each company, XFX and EVGA are NOT known for their motherboards, they make graphics cards.

My experience with EVGA has been excellent.
