When I ask I mean programs like Pinnacle Studio.

However whenever I used Pinnacle Studio it crashed on me a lot whenever I made menus I used Pinnacle Studio 8. Could anyone tell me how Pinnacle Studio 10 is?

Plus please list some other video editing programs that are little more stable.

However I ran pinnacle on very crappy computers with less than 1gb memory (to be specific I had a laptop that has 246mb Ram and a computer with 768mb ram and yet the laptop seemed to be able to run Pinnale better than the Computer!)

If you know of any Programs that come with TV tuners metion those before you mention other kinds.

I recently purchased a great, yet low cost video editing program for the home: Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0 I found it new on Amazon.com for only 50 dollars (I paid 80 and will soon recieve my 30 dollar rebate)! I may sound like an advertisement but I am not. I work in the video field and know Adobe Premiere Pro version to be a powerful program used by many professional editors. Elements is their scaled down version for general consumers. With this rebate, it a very good value.
