Haven't build a comp in a few years, and man, it seems like I had to relearn everything. If any of you wouldn't mind checking out what I'm going to use and let me know if you see any red flags or potential bottlenecks I would really appreciate it. I'll feel better with a few more sets of eyes.

If you see anything I should switch that can stay within the same price range I love you long time. I plan on coming back here and sharing advice based on how this goes.

Also, I plan to overclock to around 3ghz at first (first time doin that too so I'll stay conservative).

Nice build Josh.

The X38 motherboard is a little pricey. Most enthusiasts are using the P35 instead.

I seem to remember reading that 2x2gb sticks of ram are quirky. You could use 4x1gb as an alternate. I may be wrong on this, but I'm sure I saw that somewhere. Someone will corect me if I'm wrong.

Also, the 700watt power supply is a little overkill. Highly regarded substitutes would be the Corsair HX520 or HX620.

You didn't list an Operating System, I'm guessing your thinking about Vista 64bit.
